The Directors of FT Consulting have a combined 50 years experience in the commercial swimming pool sector, having delivered over 300 projects together, from concept design to completion.
Our approach and our offer is slightly different from the rest of the market. We have the confidence to take full responsibility for our design. Our design and build division, FT Leisure Limited, gives us the detailed knowledge required to actually deliver the pool technology in the construction phase and factor in all the logistical and operational challenges, which can often be overlooked by pre-construction consultants.
All our projects are delivered to the highest possible standards, but we do not present over-engineered solutions.

Simon has 30 years experience in the delivery of commercial aquatic facilities. Formerly a Director of Thermelek Engineering, Simon was one of the founders of FT Leisure. Simon is also currently Chairman of PWTAG Industry Forum.

Martin has been in the field of engineering for 36 years, 25 of which has been focussed on aquatic engineering. Martin is a problem solver and has been instrumental in implementing some of the innovative engineering solutions in modern swimming pool technology.
